Cloud 9 Foot Spa’s humble beginnings started in San Francisco’s seaside city Half Moon Bay, California in 2013. Since then, it’s been awarded the READERS CHOICE, BEST MASSAGE SPA in the coast side 7 years in a row, surpassing the golf course 5-star Ritz Carlton Hotel, and has been featured in National Geographic Author, Nathaniel Lande’s travel book “The Ten Best of Everything”.
Meet the Owner
Cloud 9 was founded by Sean Peng, MBA, CFA, CPA. Originally from China, Sean came to the U.S to attend University and graduated from Texas A & M in 2001, becoming a proud Aggie! Being a true businessman, he’s dabbled in various ventures including sporting goods, fashion, and photography. Sean has also served as the Chairman of US Shandong Fellowship Association and is an active member in contributing and giving back to his community.

Pearland Grand Opening
With our success in Half Moon Bay and Houston, on January 16th 2020, Cloud 9 Pearland was able to hold it’s grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony with the Pearland Chamber of Commerce. We invited local businesses and residents and our friends from our Houston location. We enjoyed some wine as we shared stories amongst each other, and held a raffle and giveaway of over $3000 gift cards!
We were so delighted to see so much support from everyone on our grand opening day. So many familiar faces from our Houston location came to support us! It was truly heart warming to hear everyone’s stories on how Cloud 9 had positively impacted their lives.
